GrowSpotter is a growth assistant for local service businesses. This page says what we hold, why, who else processes it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we hold

  • Your business profile: name, services, city, service area, and the contact details you enter.
  • Content GrowSpotter generates for you: ads, posts, pages, and the photos attached to them.
  • When you connect Facebook, the Page name and id, the linked Instagram username and id, the permissions you granted, and the Page access token. The token is stored encrypted. It is not shown in the app.
  • Account records from sign-in, billing, and messages you send through the product.

What we use it for

We use the profile and the generated content to prepare work for your business. We use a connected Facebook Page and Instagram account only to publish items you have already approved. We use billing data to run your subscription. We do not sell your information.

Who else processes it

  • Clerk, for sign-in.
  • Stripe, for subscription payments.
  • OpenAI, for writing and images.
  • Meta, when you connect a Page, for publishing the posts you approved.
  • Twilio, when you use the receptionist, for texts and calls.

Ask us to delete data

Disconnect Facebook on the Connections page. That revokes the connection and deletes the stored Page token. To ask for the rest of your GrowSpotter data to be deleted, email hello@growspotter.com. This page is the data-deletion instructions for the GrowSpotter Meta app.
