The service
GrowSpotter prepares growth work for your local service business: plays, ads, posts, and pages. If you connect a Facebook Page, GrowSpotter can publish organic posts you have already approved. Paid ads are not part of this connection. You are responsible for the business details you provide and for reviewing what you approve.
Acceptable use
Use GrowSpotter for your own business. Do not use it to break the law, to mislead customers, to post content you do not have the right to use, or to interfere with the service. You must follow Meta's and any other connected platform's rules when you connect an account.
Liability
GrowSpotter is provided as available. We do not promise a particular number of customers, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of a post after you approve it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard in the courts of Ontario.
